Jan is an experienced strategist, mentor, and creative director with an entrepreneurial mindset and a compassionate leadership style.

Crossing strategy, business, design, communication, and technology to challenge the current dominant industry logic, propose new-to-the-world service- and business model innovations, restructure organizations for future resilience, and co-create new synergies and value constellations.

With in-depth experience from the startup world, design- and creative agencies, in addition to large enterprises. Jan has developed a proven track record in successfully supporting senior management, and their innovation teams, during the rapid changes as a result of digitization — making him uniquely positioned to advise future-oriented organizations on how to navigate the uncertain world of exploration.
