Jan is an experienced strategist, mentor, and creative director with an entrepreneurial mindset and a compassionate leadership style that combines creativity and management consulting in order to create future growth opportunities.

During the past 20 years, Jan has developed a set of skills that enables him to envision, direct, and drive future opportunities into tangible business outcomes. Crossing strategy, business, design, communication, and technology to challenge the current dominant industry logic, propose new-to-the-world services, business model innovations, restructure organizations for future resilience, and co-create new value enabling synergies and value constellations.
